You can picture it, but cannot put it into words. If you cannot plan it — I will.

How I came to work this way
What I do
A software architect for the AI age.
I design the architecture. AI does the construction.
I question and verify AI-written code line by line. I do not accept generic design. I add structure, consistency checks, and a single source of truth to make it maintainable for the long term.

Process
How I work
Step 1
— Conversation.
We start without a brief.
Step 2
— Architecture.
I make the decisions.
Step 3
— Construction.
I put AI to work.
Step 4
— Review.
I review down to the lines of code.
Step 5
— Operation.
I stay with you through the finish.

Who I turn down
I turn down bargain-basement expectations.
— Anyone offering enterprise chat for KRW 250,000, Netflix-scale streaming for KRW 1,000,000, or Claude-scale AI for KRW 5,000,000 is either a god or a fraud. I would rather say no than write a bad check promising everything is possible.
I do not report every ten minutes.
— If your requirements change faster than AI can write code or draw, do it yourself. I make revisions while others sleep and interview clients by day, but I cannot type or design faster than a machine. Find someone who can, or do it yourself.
I turn down people who cannot be bothered to talk.
— Ten questions cost less than a hundred pages of briefs. If you have no time to answer, we both benefit from not starting.
I turn down people who cannot decide what business outcome they want.
— I can develop without a brief or designs. Reading minds is beyond my abilities.
I turn down people who take remarks, questions, and suggestions as personal challenges.
— I am a businessman, not your sparring partner or punching bag. I welcome requests to join idea sessions, planning brainstorms, and technical reviews.
I turn down requests for miracles.
— I turn down requests to break the limits of software engineering or the barriers set by Apple, Google, Microsoft, and other tech giants. A phone that powers on when a text arrives with its battery dead. An iOS app that launches and acts on its own when a push arrives. A service that communicates over a network in airplane mode. If that is what you want, ask the US CIA or Department of Defense, not someone in Korea. (By 2025, about five people had asked me for miracles like these.)
